Development organization and work content
When the procedure for new/changed processes is defined in the individual work steps, we also define here which position is responsible for which work step. The result is a bundle of work content per position.

Role-based organization
Work content is consolidated into user roles taking account of certain factors. One or more role can be assigned to a position. In this way, it is possible to define the work content and transaction authorizations of a position independently of the assigned person. If the person leaves the position, the replacement is automatically assigned the work content and authorizations of the position.

Adjusting the organizational plan
The training courses are also based on this role concept and the training content is tailored to the appropriate roles/persons.

If, due to new/changed company processes, it is then necessary to create new or changed position structures, these changes need to be decided upon at an early stage by company management, and need to be carried out before implementation of the new processes, as part of change management.
